How the shoot went

THE DAY

The actual day of the shoot went really smoothly. Because the actors had been at the first practice day when Geraldine was there and we had spent the time writing the set list in more detail and coming up with ideas to add/change, they had a really good understanding of the kind of thing we wanted.
The chemistry between them was good becausethey were already friends. And they are both beautiful so they looked very good on screen.

On the day I took the role of the director, because everyone felt that I had a clearer picture of what I wanted to achieve. Fran was busy styling Jenny and Dave. Angela had the camera for the first half of the day and then Lucy and I took turns. Lucy looked after the actors, while Lauren made sure noone parked directly in front of the house, also making sure Jenny didn't freeze to death outside.

I think everyone worked well together, with our own roles. It started off slow, as most things do. But with entusiasm it picked up as the scenes went on.
